Well, to kick off a new season of Fermenter, I decided to participate in Ludum Dare 33. I've done a Ludum Dare with Cj and Jordan once before to make Sharks With Feelings, but this time I went at it solo. Last Friday night I learned the theme was "You Are The Monster", and 48 hours later, I submitted this thing!
In this game, you roar into your microphone to attack unsuspecting cuties. The louder you roar the faster you charge towards your prey. Use the 'A' and 'D' keys to steer yourself as you eat up as many cuties as you can and try not to get shot by the security cuties!
I'm pretty happy with how it came together, but dang, it killed me. 48hrs by yourself to make a complete game from scratch is cray (especially if you have ANYTHING else going on in that time frame). But hey, I did it, and at least my wife likes it!
